Gift card purchases are non-refundable.  It is up to the purchaser to keep up with the gift cards.  Westhaven Aesthetics & Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards and cannot give credit of any amount for lost/stolen gift cards.  Hard copy gift cards MUST be presented at time of service in order to redeem.
